I’m not aware that I have any psychological issues. I had a couple of sessions anyway – just because I know Rhianwen.

Insights

After my first session with Rhianwen, the following week I found myself not getting so wound up and irritated by things at work. I was able to rationalise them before but now, I’m able to put them into perspective naturally without effort. This has had an impact on me physically too as I used to carry that stress and tension in my hands and neck (I guess because I use the computer all day) but since that session I haven’t noticed it.

I felt as if I’d had a few knock-backs in life recently and maybe I’d taken a few wrong turnings in my life when I was younger. I was seeing my peers moving forward in their lives and I felt that my life was standing still or even going backwards at times. I think I’d fallen into a bit of a negativity trap yet at the same time, I had enough self-awareness to try not to go there. But it was a bit of a whirlpool. I had a couple of sessions and it helped me to re-frame and look at my situation with a different light. I certainly feel a lot more positive, more relaxed and more constructive – and I have more joy in my life now. I feel more control of my life than I used to.
